Simon Taylor, Chief Research & Development Officer at Zappar

Simon is one of Zappar's Co-Founders and has worked to develop Zappar’s proprietary technology in addition to patenting their Zapcode system, and continues to work on delivering Zappar’s mission today.

Francesca Ellis, Technical Support & Learning Manager at Zappar

Francesca is the Technical Support & Learning Manager for Zapworks at Zappar. She works within the Customer Experience team providing specialist support to Zapworks partners, as well as producing bespoke learning resources, from step-by-step guides to live learning sessions.
