Francesca is the Technical Support & Learning Manager for Zapworks at Zappar. She works within the Customer Experience team providing specialist support to Zapworks partners, as well as producing bespoke learning resources, from step-by-step guides to live learning sessions.
Dapo is the Customer Support Engineer within our CX Team. Before joining Zappar he was working as an Immersive Solutions Consultant and Freelance XR & Web developer. He moved to Manchester 6 months ago from from Toronto, Canada.
