Fran is a Technical Account Manager at Zappar, working closely with some of our biggest enterprise clients to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and bring end-to-end XR campaigns to life. She leads workshops, delivers training, and runs ZapChat, our monthly live learning session making sure partners have the tools and know-how to create their best immersive work.
- **Sheridan Darko-Defoe** — Customer Success Manager, Zappar. Sheridan looks after our ZapWorks users, ensuring they are making the most out of the tools and are on their way to AR success.
